If there is one thing people notice about me, it’s my energy. I’ve never been the type of photographer to hide behind a tripod and stay quiet. I believe the best images come from a real connection, so I’m right there with you, keeping things moving, making sure you are relaxed, and ensuring the vibe is way less awkward than you might expect.

A Little About Me I grew up as a military brat, which means I spent my childhood living all over the country and meeting people from all walks of life. That constant change taught me how to connect with anyone, anywhere, pretty much instantly. These days, life is a bit more settled but just as busy. I have three little ones who keep me going every single day, along with two German shepherds who keep the house lively. When I am not behind the lens or hanging out with the kids, I am probably in the kitchen. I might just be one of the best unknown cooks you will ever meet.

Breaking the "Not Photogenic" Myth I hear it at almost every shoot: "I’m just not photogenic." My response? Give me five minutes. My job isn't just to press a button; it’s to help you loosen up. You will probably hear me say my favorite slogan more than once: "Don’t forget to breathe." Trust me, I can tell when you are holding it in!

Once you start laughing and forget the camera is even there, that’s when the real magic happens. I am hunting for those unscripted, in between moments, the genuine laugh or the quiet look that end up being the shots you actually want on your wall.
